TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS
Our contract with you with respect to your order (the “Contract”):
1.1. What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.
1.2. Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the Contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms or require any changes, please contact us to discuss.
1.3. How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
1.4. If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, due to unexpected limits on our production capacity, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
1.5. Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and inform you when we accept your order. It will help us if you provide the order number whenever you contact us.
Our products
2.1. Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display will accurately reflect the true color of the product. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
2.2. Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
Your rights to make changes
3.1. If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We will inform you if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will notify you of any changes to the price, production timeline, delivery schedule, or other necessary adjustments. If we cannot make the change or the consequences are unacceptable to you, you may choose to end the Contract.
Our rights to make changes
4.1. Minor changes to the products. We may change the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
4.2. More significant changes to the products and these terms. As explained on our Website, we may make changes to our products, services, or these terms. If we do so, we will notify you and you may contact us to end the Contract before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received.

4.3. Updates to digital content. We may update digital content where applicable, provided that it continues to match the description given before purchase.
Providing the products
5.1. Delivery costs. Delivery costs will be displayed to you during the checkout process.
5.2. When we will provide the products. During the order process, we will inform you when your order will be shipped.
5.3. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery is delayed by events beyond our control (such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or public holidays), we will inform you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimize the delay.
5.4. Collection by you. If collection is available and selected, you will be notified of the time and location for pickup.
5.5. If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available to receive the delivery and it cannot be safely left, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
5.6. If you do not re-arrange delivery. If delivery cannot be completed and you fail to respond to further contact attempts, we may charge additional storage or redelivery fees or end the Contract.
5.7. Your legal rights if we deliver goods late. You have legal rights if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe under applicable consumer protection laws.
5.8. Setting a new deadline for delivery. If delivery is delayed, you may set a reasonable new deadline. If we fail to meet that deadline, you may treat the Contract as ended.
Refunds and your rights to end the Contract
6.1. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
6.2. You may end the Contract depending on the circumstances, including defects or production errors.
6.3. If you end the Contract due to our fault (such as incorrect or defective items), you will receive a full refund in accordance with our policy.
6.4. You do not have the right to change your mind for personalized or custom-made items once production has begun.
6.6. Cooling-off period. Where applicable under consumer law, you may have fourteen (14) days from receipt of goods to cancel, except for custom or hygiene-sealed items once opened.
How to end the Contract with us
7.1. To end the Contract, you may:
7.1.1. Log into your account on the Website and request cancellation (if available).
7.1.2. Write to us at support@charmingwomen.shop including your name, address, order details, and contact information.
Price and payment
8.1. The price of the product is shown on the order page at checkout. All applicable taxes and fees are calculated at checkout.
8.2. Pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you for instructions. If a clear and obvious pricing mistake occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
8.3. Invoice issues. If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please contact us promptly.
Our responsibility for loss or damage
9.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or arise from misuse of products.
