Cancel/Change Order
At Charmingwomen, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please review the information below.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order may already be in production or prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@charmingwomen.shop with the subject line “Order Cancellation” and include your order number.
Order Changes
If you need to change details such as size, color, shipping address, or design information, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Please include the following information in your email:
Order number
Full name used for the order
The specific changes you would like to make
Once the order enters production, we are unable to make modifications.
Custom or Personalized Orders
Because our t-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters are made-to-order, custom or personalized items cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. Please carefully review all design details, spelling, size selection, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, Charmingwomen is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping fees.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@charmingwomen.shop. We will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.
