If you believe that content, designs, images, graphics, or products displayed on our website infringe upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a formal claim with the required information listed below.

How to Submit an IP Claim

Please send your notice to our designated support email: support@charmingwomen.shop with the subject line “IP Claim”. Your notice must include:

• Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, and email).

• A detailed description of the intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.

• The exact URL(s) or product name(s) on charmingwomen where the allegedly infringing material appears.

• Proof of ownership, such as trademark registration, copyright certificate, or other legal documentation.

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement that the information in your claim is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid and complete IP claim, we will:

• Review the submitted documentation.

• Temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing product or content if necessary.

• Contact the involved party for clarification or additional information if required.

We aim to resolve all IP-related concerns as quickly and professionally as possible.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your product or content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to support@charmingwomen.shop including sufficient evidence supporting your right to use the material in question. We will review the counter-notification in accordance with applicable laws and procedures.

False Claims

Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences. We encourage all parties to ensure that their claims are accurate and made in good faith.
