Return & Refund Policy

At Charmingwomen, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your new shirts, jackets, and jeans as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, our 40-day return policy is designed to be as seamless as our style.

Return Window: 40 days from the date of delivery.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any hidden processing fees.
Refund Method: Credits are issued to your original payment method.
Condition: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

1. Return Eligibility

To ensure a successful return, your items must meet the following criteria:

Original Condition: Items must be unworn and unwashed, with no signs of wear, stains, or odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
Original Packaging: Please include original garment tags and packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Non-Returnable: Final Sale items and customized/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

2. The Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization: Email support@charmingwomen.shop with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24–48 hours.
Step 2: Pack Securely: Pack the items securely, preferably in the original shipping packaging. Please clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 3: Ship Back: Ship the package to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not deduct any fees from your refund; you receive the full purchase price back.
Our Responsibility: If the item is defective (e.g., fabric flaw, faulty zipper) or if we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to secure your new favorite look!
