1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Our warehouse team performs a final quality check on your items before carefully packaging them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 2–5 business days to reach you.

Total Expectation: You can expect your order to arrive within 3–6 business days from the time of your order confirmation.

3. Shipping Cost & Carriers

We offer a transparent $7.00 Flat Rate for all domestic orders. We partner with reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx) to ensure the secure delivery of your order.

4. Tracking & Accuracy

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. Charmingwomen is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at support@charmingwomen.shop within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. For lost packages (not marked as delivered), please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
